I Suffered about this, someone plagiarized an model that I own, I talked with the guy who plagiarism, well in 3 days he removed the model from the market, but got more than 90 sold, and mine got just 18, And, even if the plagiarism no longer is available on the market, I lost too much gold and XP (that could help me), when the guy who plagiarism just have benefit

rule #1 of model selling: don't sell models if you can't expect them to be copied

rule #1 of model selling: don't sell models if you can't expect them to be copied Rule #1 of the birth: don't born if you can't expect to be killed. because of that, we will not forbid murder, right?!

At the moment the stance is, as YL mentioned, that plagiarization is a real-world issue, and thus we are teaching you skills you can use when you get older. You need to keep in mind that given we're a game for kids we also need to sell the idea of KoGaMa to your parents, so we want to make your stay here as educational as we possibly can without infringing on gameplay.
Even if we were to change on this stance, it wouldn't be our highest priority to implement. We have a much much larger issues with users violating our terms of agreement, so I'd hope the founders would prioritize making KoGaMa a safer place over plagiarization moderation.

You're comparing death and murder to copying a virtual model in a virtual game No. I am comparing two situations where the argument used to try to explain the non-prohibition is not to be taken seriously (putting into consideration the fact that it the act to be prohibitited is a consequence of another unquestionable act).

No. Build something originally created by someone else and profit with this is essentially immoral. This is practically a steal, especially when the person who copied the idea has more publicity, more visibility. An image of a person who does something of this level and goes unpunished is the worst image that the parents of a child would like to see the game that their kids play give to them... In a matter of priority I even understand, and I consider that is more important that prohibit plagiarism, end dependencies of the player to rights to ADMs and basic requirements for good gameplay to out-game factors, and another ideas.
