If the lock was only valid in the usernames, would be completely tolerable, but it interfere in projects and other naming, where the lock besides not make sense, hinders communication in several languages especially in languages where accentuation of words, can change the way in which it is read, and change including the sense of the word, for example, the Portuguese, one of the languages used by a gigantic part of KoGaMa players...

Up! Because brazilian portuguese had accentuations on words! Not only portuguese. A gigantic part of the languages have accentuation and/or have words that isn't on ASCII list. and the irony begins when there is a entire server made for a nation and the native language are limited.

It's very annoying because sometimes you need to write badly, to understand it. In Polish it is a problem, but you can play with it [for me], but it would be better if it was not the blockade.

BTW, until today I did not understand why the limitation. It could have been a mere mistake. I would like an ADM to appear here and explain why it did this

Seriously, this ascii limitation needs to end. We Brazilians need accents!

No. As fun as it was to add fun symbols to game names and such, it was abused to hell. Users would use invisible symbols, making an account with the name of a user and then using the invisible symbol to mimic them and/or harass the user. It also opened for the possibility to copy certain project titles.

I WOULD NOT HOW TO BURLATE THAT SAME BY CHANGING THE LANGUAGE, SOMEONE WITH THE NAME OF "Jujucraft12" WILL BE "hdga12" ON THAT SERVER, THEN WOULD NOT HAVE TO CHANGE. Sorry for the anger, just try not to be so ignorant.

Sorry for the anger, just try not to be so ignorant. First of all, attacking me with anger like this isn't really the best thing to do in public. Second of all, it doesn't work like that all the time. Invisible symbols aren't accent based at all, they can be anywhere that allows any form of ascii. Third of all, it would have been wiser to take into consideration the font types other computers have theirs set to. There are many different types of invisible ascii symbols mind you, so it's really not as simple as you make it out to be at all. Next time you want to call out somebody for their "ignorance", please at least act better and control your attitude. This thread is more likely to be locked up anyways, so there isn't really a point in going on. ~xoxo, Ancey Pie

Some languages simply use accents, some do not. Some servers should lock the symbols, like Russians, and these could not be used on other servers, as a Chinese letter can not be used on a server like USA, so it would give this error, ASCI should not be based on symbols, and Yes in accents. If someone put the name of a project as "Játum bula yatata" (Potato and good in Kukurijijiano) should not give the error by the accent, already accents in names should be erased. I do not even know why you spoke of people using symbols if this could be easily solved in this way. If someone on the Brazilian server uses a Chinese symbol, it should count the ASCII error. I'm not going to say anything about attacking you in "Public" because I really do wrong in that part. And do not try to have a mark with those "~ xoxo, Ancey Pie" You just put it in discussions to seem a little more 'Formal' And try to humiliate the other, like I did in the message in CAPS LOOK For this discussion not to be caught anymore I stop responding to your comments here. I do not think you want that, either, do you? Now a big hug and a goodbye too, and a good night's kiss. Do you want some sugar, too? Bye

You should be able to use special characters in game names now. All credit goes to insmo. #TeamInsmo!
