You all know what a community manager is right?
Well, for one I think it is a person that goes beyond a normal player of Kogama. A community Manager to me is someone who supports KoGaMa's development to become a great game in the future. I don't know if the US server has one but I think it would be nice for the US server to have one. I am not sure who should take this role, but I won't mind helping out

Sorry for hijacking this topic, but I'd like to say a few things (people might get offended)...
I don't think the weekly community spotlight is exactly fair to a community of players. The whole idea of the premise should be focused on a community and getting them to collaborate and interact with one another, not focus on their content alone. Awarding badges for content makes this even worse - it makes the players feel that it is a competitive competition, despite what is claimed otherwise. There's a separate tab for competitions, award "best content" badges for that. Even more, on the BR server, players will outcry over chosen content that they dislike, or if they are simply not mentioned. Combine that with the threat of punishment for complaining about it, and that cannot possibly be good for making players happy or feeling free about voicing their opinions. There's also a problem with the sole fact that only one person is in charge of the community spotlight. This doesn't exactly convince me that all content or situations are considered fairly while choosing them. It's simply too much effort for one person to handle accurately and impartially. Look at the EU one, about half the chosen content for the community spotlight has already come from his friend's profiles. That doesn't seem very fair to every player that creates content. Also, not being able to nominate or recommend content that players like puts a huge damper on community involvement in the whole event. It distances the players away, and makes them feel unimportant - that the things that they like don't matter. TL;DR: The community spotlight isn't a fun, engaging experience for a community - it lacks collaboration and involvement in the event, and makes players feel unimportant when they aren't mentioned.
So the main goal is to get a community engaged and to collaborate in creating amazing content, and the rest should follow through. Here's my ideas that would better focus a community: 1. Create a weekly goal or theme - people like the idea of completing goals or simply just doing something that other people are doing. - A couple ideas, a weekly word of phrase for players to work with. Vague enough to allow for creativity, but specific enough for players to get a handle on a unique idea. For example, a "word/phrase of the week" could be "sky city", "elements of nature", "beach", etc. Encourage players to collaborate with friendly sayings, or challenge them see how big they can build.
2. Represent more than one piece of content in each category, don't let players feel left out. - If there was more than one game that a lot of players played all week, talk about it. Maybe if there was a really good game that was overlooked, you could also talk about that. Don't just post a link and call it a day. Share what you liked about it, and other players will share their opinions too - either to agree or disagree with you, it doesn't matter. They're talking and being involved.
3. Invest in a "committee" of helpers to nominate content that they and the rest of a community likes. - This way, not only more than one piece of content can be mentioned, but it's less stressful for just one person to handle. Not to mention, if you include recommendations from other players, this will also make them feel involved.
4. Utilize coupon codes. Make badges available for everyone joining in on the community spotlight every week. - This can go hand in hand with having a weekly goal or theme. But the main point here is, make a player feel happy to have been a part of playing the game. Award them for playing or tuning in week after week for a badge. Your players are young, so reinforcing collaboration and commitment is a much better strategy than making the spotlight feel like competition.

Oww, my feels. xD Every time I look at a post or some sort that says that kind of stuff, I already start to feel a little bit scared inside. But thanks. Someone really has to be a CM here. Or I will just have to stick with the BR or EU WS.

I agree with Jatsu "Look at the EU one, about half the chosen content for the community spotlight has already come from his friend's profiles." I don't think that would be nice.

Hell, the guy who is the CM on the EU Server seems like if he is 9 years old with the name and the way he has been choosing things. I really think the BR "banning" idea would be great. It would be fine to probably leave the person alone if they can't speak English, but if there were someone who speaks English and starts ranting or swearing about some item, it would be probably a good idea to ban the person.
Ex.: Daniel288Link: "This item is friggin' pathetic. I hope this guy is lucky his won an award for such a stupid item. It just, sucks like hell."
