First of all, I am new to the forum and if I make mistakes please let me know.
This afternoon I tried to connect to Kogama, but could not log in, I tried to recover my account through my email, but did not receive any notification.
If it's a ban, let me know. And if there is any way to get my account back, either by changing my behavior or removing provocative avatars from my store, I will. I am not the only one who has this, several of my colleagues have not been able to log in like me.
I am very confused, anxious and sad, since that account is very valuable to me, I put in a certain amount of money. I have popular avatars like "BACK" and I have gold to spend. I won't be able to sleep without getting that account back.

If you need assistance regarding any this of account issues, please contact support@kogama.com and explain them your situation They will get back to you as soon as they can, but it might take up to 2 weeks. You can resend an email if you didn't receive a reply after 2 weeks
