The name of the launcher is KoGaMa Launcher Friends. Will the same be used in the EU server too, or are we going to need another launcher for the other servers as well?

You download launchers per server. Once you've downloaded a launcher, it will automatically update itself in the future

I was going to check it out, but I can't install it. Even if I try to instal as an administrator, it gives this error message: Installation has failed Unable to write to C:\ProgramData\(User name) - IT policies may be restricting access to this folderI spoke to Caspar about this, and I think we've found out what the issue is. For whatever reason, your users folder lies within a super protected folder called ProgramData. Your user folder, the one named Gabriel, should be in C:\Users\ not C:\ProgramData (Don't move it though). We've created a tiny test file we'd like you to run. You can download it here. I'd like you to run the program from anywhere on your machine, and send me a screenshot of what the command prompt returns. Additionally, could you try and locate the C:\Users\ folder for me? If it does exist on your pc, could you send me a screenshot of the contest to me? If you don't want to post it on the forum, feel free to send it to me in a PM or to d@kogama.com If we're right and your user folders are located within ProgramData, there's not much we can do. We can add a popup that warns you of this issue, but it's not one we'll ever be able to resolve completely.

I keep insantly getting this: "Firefox doesn't know how to open this address, because one of the following protocols (kogama-friends) isn't associated with any program or is not allowed in this context." I've located the source of the issue. It's due to a missing registry key. If you download the launcher through Chrome and then switch to Firefox it should work

News Announcement
Hello KoGaMians!
Today we're releasing an exciting new feature. As you might recall, Google has disabled something called NPAPI, which caused a lot of issues for our web player. We tried replacing it with WebGL, but that obviously didn't quite work out the way we wanted. Since then we've worked on creating a standalone build, which basically means you now download KoGaMa as a local program on your computer. Everything still works the way it used to, you still have to find games through the website and such, it just runs in a different way on your computer. There's a couple of things to keep in mind though. First thing first, the standalone only works with Windows at the moment You're going to receive a warning when downloading the setup file. This is simply becuase our program doesn't have a whole lot of downloads yet, and as such your browser will warn you of this. We're looking into a workaround with our partners where we, hopefully, might be able to bypass this, but for now you just have to let your browser know we're cool Remember this is a very early build! None of this existed 2 weeks ago and creating a launcher is very complicated. We're looking for feedback now more than ever, so please, let us know what you think. If you have any questions, feel free to post them in the comment section!

Out of curiosity, is any one else only able to access the standalone version once per day?
From my experience, whenever I try to enter a game or project for the first time in a day, I will be given a link to use the standalone version. However, regardless if I choose to use the standalone version or not all subsequent attempts to access a game or project in the same day lead me to the browser (not webgl) version.
I'm curious if anyone else is experiencing or is bothered by this.

Where is the link for this? It usually asks you to install it if you're using chrome.
