Steps to Reproduce
bug
1. Try a creating map or a game.
2. open Paint in windows.
3.continue to creat or playing in the game. When paint is open, the bug try.
Observation : when you push the arrow button to move your skin, the mouse move and the suroundings( field of vision is a good word??) move too.
Additional Information (Optional)
But, when you open paint and touch the window of paint,and you click in the game in wich you are, we have a chance of the bug disappear. I have filmed a video to demonstrate the list steps: youtu.be/WI_JsGhVLQU
