Ever since the new-test server has opened to the public, I saw the new site template that is currently visible now in the US and EU Server, and saw on the Public Marketplace that there were Avatars to buy on there. I thought that we were going to sell our avatars. It turns out that the PublicMarketPlace was removed until a later update as far as I can see, as well as the option wasn't available, so I am now going to suggest something that I thought would change a whole KoGaMa Experience. Customizing, Creating, or Selecting Avatars to sell on your MarketPlace or on the PublicMarketPlace would allow a big change to occur on KoGaMa: Pros:
- People's accounts wouldn't be lost or "hacked".
- People won't be able to waist their time anymore to make detailed avatars for anyone.
- People will be more proud to be on KoGaMa.
Cons:
- People could probably loose their avatars if KoGaMa were to add this option, which I think would be very upsetting in a way to many players.
- Developers and or Community Managers of a certain server could get easily confused about who is the original creator of the avatar.
If anything, KoGaMa should add copyrights to whoever made a certain avatar with the dates and etc. to get rid of future confusions. But of course, they could try to make make LogFiles and etc. to try and find out more further details as well, but it would just most likely be a big time consumption. What do you think of this idea?

Note: before you read this, this is from what I know about copyrights and the creative commons license.
It's hard to really put a copyright on an item you made inside of a game, it is very unlike copyrighting your own content like a website build from scratch by yourself. If you copyrighted something on KoGaMa and someone copied it, you couldn't even look at suing them because you wouldn't make it past the lowest court, however, there is such thing as a creative commons license which states that the person who does not own the content can use it, but not use it for commercial reasons, and must give the content creator credit.

I am not talking about that kind of Copyright. xD I am just saying that there should be details of the original creator and etc. of the purchased custom avatar.

I would definitely buy it no matter what. It is the best one I have seen all week actually. I would pretty much sell all of my avatars, except for most likely a few.

My only problem with this is remixes and copiers. If I were to sell my Invisible man avatar for example, I don't want anybody to just paint the tie green and claim they made it. The person selling the avatar should be allowed to state weather or not their creation can be edited. I think the same logic should apply to models as well.
