Hi hynnexity Did you start the 7 Day Trial? It mentions the price, but shouldn't start charging until the trial is over. I also looked at the profile you linked, but the trial was used back in April, and then the paid monthly elite was paid for the 9th of september

The error appears in my boyfriend's account. www.kogama.com/profile/5853166/His account is ''new'' (he never used it) and he have never used the 7-day trial.

Hi hynnexity Does it say if he is eligible to receive the free trial? I tried to get the free trial on an android device (where I have gotten the trial before, but on another account) but it said that I was not eligible

He didn't because it turns out that the free trial costs 0 dollars but when paying it automatically charges 6.99 dollars and he never had elite

Hi hynnexity So he paid for 1-month elite even though he should have gotten the 7-day trial instead? The only payments that I can see on his profile are 2 gold package payments. There is no subscription payment

He did not pay it because at the time of buying the elite it came out that they directly charged 6.99
