This tool would be more or less of a brush that would automatically transform an area of blocks so the user would not have to take a year of their time to make a mountain. This tool is already involved in just about every 3D map maker in existence (Including Unity) and would be used to make amazing games faster in KoGaMa. I believe that the ability to quickly warp terrain is a MUST HAVE in any game with a map maker.

I think the best way to make this work (that can work in the block world) is to have a push pull tool. This tool would have you select a block, and then as you raise the block, the surrounding terrain would follow in suit. So like making instant pyramids with a block top. You could then raise several in a row, and then use the tool again to push the sides in.
