What is the issue exactly? I can see that you receive an error, but what is the user inside? Is it the coin chest or something else?

You look out of an other part of the body (not out of the head as normaly)

No,(more or less) sadly not. I tried it also with other things that I could have pressed at that moment which could have lead to the bug. But till now I was not able to reproduce it realy.
