You won't notice anything of this kind because BR is kinda dead. Even BR players are saying that doing anything on BR is worthless. Also people barely speak english on BR, you won't be able to communicate with them in the most cases. And of course everywhere are toxic players, not only WWW server, you will find them on BR as well but it will be just a bit more rare because like I  said, BR is kinda dead.

If you have problems with some toxic players on KoGaMa you can just block them. Once you block them, they will not access your profile (the profile page will not load for them once you block them) so you should be able to solve the toxicity problem. You will also never see their comments anywhere on the website. You can also report inappropriate behavior to support@kogama.com or Daniel W. If you will give a good evidence of people being really toxic towards you, they should be punished with a warning or ban.

The only problem here are ALT accounts but you can block them as fast as you notice them, so your problem should be solved after you will do this stuff.
