I found out that this problem is also on google and if you log in, nothing loads.

There is no download link here. As soon as you click on install, it will be installed right away.

So that is what you meant. Have you tried to clear the browser app data/cache? I had the same issue and doing this solved the issue.

I didn't delete anything. The problem happened to me out of nowhere and I didn't even do anything. I restarted the phone but nothing changed.

Try to go into settings and find the app. Delete the cache and or data related to the internet app you use and see if that fixes the issue.
