I'm afraid I'm not quite sure what you mean. Could you elaborate a bit?

I think he's talking about the "blue screen of death" which seems to randomly happen every now and then. Of course, the blue screen is the color of skybox, so different colored skyboxes would result in different colored "screens of death". But for the most part, it's what players call it anyway.
I've never found a precise steps to reproduce... my best guess is that the screen turns blank when the camera is forced into a position it normally can't handle - like some unusual corner for example. So in OP's case, when he hits something while moving at a fast speed, the camera is trailing behind him at a farther distance, and when he hits something the camera tries zooms back in to the player but "get's lost" instead. I have never it experienced it this way, though.
The "screen of death" bug can sometimes be reset when the game is won by flag, but otherwise it's often fixed by refreshing the game. And whenever this happens to me I look at the log file, but often find nothing unusual. You're still in the game when this happens, other players will see you (and kill you D:) but you yourself can't see anything.

I honestly the reason behind it is just the server slowing up and it can't keep up, or maybe the system was refreshing, it could be a camera bug but i don't think so

Next time you encounter the "screen of death", please retrieve the logfile and post it here. I'll be able to throubleshoot the exception from there
