Hey guys!
Lots of you have complained about so I figured it was time to permanently ban it once and for all. I've always agreed that shitposting is bad, but due to the inherent difficult of objectively classifying a post as being '****', I decided we'd be better off with the [SERIOUS] tag. Whelp, nobody use it so I guess I'm wrong.
I've given this a lot of thought and I can't for the life of me figure out a fair way of objectively separating the **** posts from the ones that are just kind of meh.
So have at it! If you agree with someones suggestion please like it, if you disagree with someones suggestion please dislike it, and write a post explaining why your idea is better. This'll give me an idea of what you guys are looking for when implementing the rule

Reporting posts, like you already can, is the most fair way for get the shitposts away. More moderators would get probably the shitposts away too, I tried for remove the most spam posts in the threads who got totally messed up like kogama.freeforums.net/thread/1024/highlights-week-works (removed 16 pages of spam :P ). I don't really think we can do a lot more about shitposts then reporting them. Maybe if a post gets 5 dislikes it'll give a notification to a moderator so that they can take a look in it.

Well, it's not only about shit-threads, it's also about shitposts. You'll see me spreading shit across the forum for the sake of being annoying, yet none of you guys have even TRIED to tell me to stop. Well Annoyance kind of did. But that means that it isn't that much of a trouble to have people like me here, so I said, let's go ahead and say something shitty here as well. This message for example. It's just a terrible joke. We all know I will never stop shitting, so why bother in the first place?

Reporting posts, like you already can, is the most fair way for get the shitposts away. This is a good idea for finding posts that are potentially 'shit', my question is how do we objectively decide which are and which aren't? Usually it's fairly obvious. Most shitposts stir off-topic from the thread and end up either being rather short or jokingly long, with a long sense of sarcasm and/or irony involved.
