Secret Tip : How Create Your Own Desktop Background without *touching* anything :
For Manual Background Editing, you need to go into your theme Folder, Transfer a PNG File there. Rename the File into one Background like Windows (You Need to Move Windows out of Folder). Make sure you are not using the Windows Background. We'll use the Windows Background as we are there's only image in the Category. Now, change format into theme and make it open with shell32(.)dll (Common Shell).
It took some time to figure it out but you can easily make your own background manually by Clicking (Desktop Background : Bottom Options of Control Panel) and Selecting one Single Picture so the Picture won't change. It is not an obvious feature because when you enter the Desktop Background, it tells about Making a Slide Show and doesn't tell you have the Option that you can Simply Using one File that Will just Be a Normal desktop Background...
Comment if you already Figured out. I can Be slow Sometimes. If you didn't, comment Please !
I used this as My Custom BackGround. It's a Background you'll find in Professional Computers. I don't know why I should make a Custom Background Logo even if this could be fun. Maybe Copy a Background from a Corporate Computer with a Custom Logo and Modify it a little.
I like Night Pictures and Having the Earth Picture is Hacker-Like Type.

Additional Notes : It's Possible to Modify Login Picture but You Need to Find Right Folder and do all above in Manual Change. You can also Change the Windows Start Menu Logo but you need to Choose the Right File Format. Would you like to Change the Windows Start Menu by Something More Personal ?
Google : Create Icon , filter out results using + & -. Search for old enough Programs and you Might Stumble upon My Icon Editor Program. I lost the Program Because I never Used Much but Editing Icons By Making Small Edits or Changing Colors can add Some Personal Touch and Make a Better Working Place for You.
I can try to find the Program if you ask.
