Resetting the successful bug count
Hello KoGaMians! In response to the reward system we're going to have to reset the successful bug reports count. This is because we need to be able to track how many reports you've made since the new system has been implemented, so you can reap the sweet sweet gold rewards. We realise some people might prefer to keep their bug report count, and that's perfectly fine as well. To not have your successful bug report count reset, simply reply to this thread within 24 hoursKeep in mind that by not having your count reset, you will not be eligible to receive rewards below your count. So if you already have 6 successful bug reports, you cannot receive the first and second tiered rewards, but you'll still be eligible for the third tier. If you don't care about your successful bug report count, and want to be eligible to receive the tiered rewards, you don't have to do anything. Keep in mind I won't go through any more bug reports until the reset has been completed, so you can safely continuing reporting bugs without worrying about receiving points prior to the reset. To see your bug report count, find your username in the table on this page: KoGaMa.freeforums.net/page/successful-bug-repor

I want to keep my bug report count. Will we also lose Tester Rookie? If we want to keep our counter, we do not get the previous rewards. Does this also apply to the badge, or only to the gold? I just want to be sure.

If we want to keep our counter, we do not get the previous rewards. Does this also apply to the badge, or only to the gold? The Tester Expert and Tester Ninja badges have been permanently removed, so you've lost those regardless of what you do. If you have any points to reset, you will already have the Tester badge, so there's no badge for you to gain by resetting

I don't want have my successful bug report count reset. But why have you also removed the ninja and expert translator badge? I have translated tons of words (+1 000) and it has taken me a long time (but as it was for the community, so I did it)

But why have you also removed the ninja and expert translator badge? I have translated tons of words (+1 000) and it has taken me a long time (but as it was for the community, so I did it) While this wasn't my decision, I do support and agree with it. Essentially Michal came to the realisation that we had 9 development related badges on the live server. You want to keep the development side of KoGaMa hidden from the live server, and create an image of our game being flawless. Essentially because we had 6 different bug related badges, we were sending a message that the game is riddled with bugs. Whether or not that's the case (it totally is i'm sorry, we're working on it) doesn't really matter
