Title says it all, I mean this has to have been suggested a billion times already... Any reason why this hasn't been added like a million years ago? I mean like if you don't want us to have the power to delete our own projects then at the very least give us an option to "mark as deleted" so that it sends like a message to the devs and they can delete it for us. But then the devs are going to get spammed with these messages so why not just give us the power to do it ourselves? Before you even say "to prevent griefing" or something dumb like that, any player who decides to build in someone else's owned project is taking a risk that their stuff can be deleted or changed etc. by the owner of said project and no risk is without consequences. If you trust someone and they betray you simply don't build with them anymore and consider yourself having learned a valuable life lesson. Its not like the lack of an option to delete a project is preventing "griefing" from happening anyway. Even if the owner doesn't out right delete a project they can still delete all your stuff or even worst, make you do all the work and then kick you out and claim your work as their own. But I digress, anything in regards to "griefing" is a poor argument and just a concession that there really is no valid reason that we shouldn't have a delete project option.

I have around twenty projects I want to delete. I *crashed* them with bugs or hate them. It will free the available names to choose from when making new projects.

You cannot delete projects in Kogama, but you can unpublish them. To unpublish a project send an e-mail to support@kogama.com. In your e-mail be sure to write the 6-digit number, which is usually a 7-digit or a 5-digit. This number can be found on the link of the game e.g friends.kogama.com/games/profile/38540/ The game is CubeGun Defence. The 5-digit number is 38540. But the e-mail must be this that you have singed in Kogama, and not a random one. Delete button will not be added, because if you make a wrong click the whole proiject will be deleted. After all, others cannot see your unpublished projects, and searching them in 10 pages is not that difficult.

After all, others cannot see your unpublished projects, and searching them in 10 pages is not that difficult. This is a ridiculous reason not to add a delete button. They can very easily add a confirmation message pop up asking you if you really want to delete your project and you cant say well I just "accidently" clicked yes a few times. Even so, I did offer another alternative of creating a button to "mark for deletion" so that it sends a message to the devs that you want a particular project deleted. If you happen to click that button accidently you simply just click it again to "unmark" it. And as far as contacting kogama via email with the game ID number only to have it "hidden" goes, it can take up to weeks for them to respond and assist you with this or any subject for that matter. I'd much prefer to have the ability to just do it myself and have it taken care of within 5 minutes rather then having to just sit here and wait for someone else to do it for me or for it to never be done at all.

As well as a "delete" button on projects, I would suggest a sort of "recycle bin", where projects can be found within fourteen days of their deletion. This would basically add a fail safe to the deletion feature, just in case the user has second thoughts later on.

This would be an acceptable compromise that should keep all players happy.

Why not just make you enter your password before deleting?

Why not just make you enter your password before deleting? :) Because if someone gained access to your account, he/she would most likely know you password... Having a "recycling bin" would allow for the victim to restore what the so called "hacker" has deleted.

Just dont give them ur password in the first place.. Not all players who have been hacked were hacked for being idiotic, it's just the ones who were idiotic that you hear complain the most.
