Hey RuanPortes! You should send what you said here, in an email to support@KoGaMa.com. Or just send a link to this forum thread in an email to support@KoGaMa.com.
Unicorn doesn't check the forum posts, but she does do the support emails. So if you send this to KoGaMa support, she will see it.
As you said, you already sent an email to support. But you should just send another email if you didn't get a response. You should probably get an answer from support after a couple of weeks.

RuanPortesBe patient, please. OficialORBPlease keep in mind that not all the users can speak in languages other than English. It's English forum so you ought to speak English here. If you want to talk to Ruan in the other language, please do so by sending a private message to him. You can also reply in a thread in other language but then you should add an English translation of your post to make sure that everyone will understand what you mean.

Firstly: It is in the rules of the forum that all posts need to be in English, so that other users can understand.
Secondly: It does not matter if you directed your message to that player in a post, if you want to speak in your language, please send a private message. You should not target an expecific player in a post. Besides that other users could help, if they understood the post. But as it is in another language, the translation becomes very difficult. English is extremely well known, so it is used in the Forum.

I did not ask your opinion It's a public and official game forum. Everyone can comment everything unless they don't re-open a closed thread. Please do not behave like a king since every single person has equal right to give feedback and their opinion. CaptainJens Ruan Portes, who created this thread, deleted his post. He's already been adviced about what he should do as well. Could you close this thread to prevent users from sending off-topic replies, please? |
