 before you ask to me, no i was not hacking, cheat engine was not open, i don't even hack, i was just editing the avatar then the game crashed i tried loging in again it didn't work(as i forgot my password, nothing related to this) then i reseted the password and when i tried relogging then this warning appeared i know it's just 3 days but what is the point of that ban? |

Reports need really removed, I see many people got banned for nothing and they don't use hacks. Are the devs check the profile or it is automatic, If he/she get many reports?

While inocent people are banned without any reason, hackers don't get what they deserve, which is a punishment or when they get it's just for a short time

this report system is horrible, I reported a girl who had literally 5 hack skins, and they only banned one skin from the market.

it's 7 days because we reliably detect cheating software.
if you get that message ^ then it's automatic. Otherwise it's a developer looking into your account due to a high number of reports, and banning you.
I don't believe any of the automatic bans failed, but if you think a dev has banned you without reason please contact us and we will reinvestigate it.

We are never manually banning without proof. The amount of reports doesn't matter.

so could you tell me why there are several (several) reports of people being wrongfully banned? is teaching that several and several people in the community lie to blame the team? I know that you ban several people a day, but most are fair, but several cases are unfair.
I know the person who did the post well, and she would never use hacks and never used, and even complains and criticizes a lot of people who use cheats / hacking, if he was banned for that reason, then it was clearly unfair. besides that you can not rely so much on anticheat without being 100% sure that it works, failures can always occur, no matter how much time you put into doing.
and if he was banned for another reason, I want you to pass me the evidence that you have that he was banned unjustly.
Another thing, is that you can not banish a person for being SUSPECTED.

Looking up those peoples accounts, who claim to have 'never cheated before' have history several years old of cheating. They have hacked avatars, hacked textures, or just plain screenshots of them literally fly hacking with invulnerability.
Another cause could be that somebody entered your account and got you banned in order to log you out, which is the slightly scarier option.

We are NEVER banning accounts based on being suspected. We are NEVER banning accounts based on reports solely.
We are ONLY banning accounts based on proof.
If you have links to accounts that have been wrongfully banned, please share them with me in a private message, then I'll have a look.
