Yah I noticed that earlier too. Good find! I never knew that this was a bug I thought something was wrong with my calender. XD

Sorry to break it to you both, but it is NOT a bug.
KoGaMa uses the European Standard Time or whatever. This means they are about 3 hours ahead or so.
They have probably done this to the US Server because they were once most likely going to merge the servers at one point and then decided not.
Also, it would be hard to use EST and WST on the US Server all in one, so they probably had no choice but to put their time in.
Try thinking about it more before you actually post.
