it's on my profile and probably on the profile of some other users

My view of the persons that are online or not at the right of my profile page is bugged.
In fact I can't see anybody online; even when somebody is connected next to me (my brother) he appear disconnected for me.
It's a real problem because i can't joins anybody in games
Where does it come from?
And is it possible to solve this problem?
