Sometimes, in a game, when I hold down the left mouse button, the camera locks and won't move, I can only control my player with the keyboard. When I release it is back to normal. This could be a problem when using chargeable weapons such as railgun or impulse gun, and I've noticed it sometimes messes up the shotgun too (if you hold down the button before it's reloaded, it will instantly shoot once it does).
