Hi mufolks, this is not a bug. Probably you did not put the right email. Send an email to support@KoGaMa.com, and they will answer you as soon as possible.

I've tried this in a lot of accounts with correct e-mails. In my primary account, I've put my Gmail personal e-mail and no messages at it. At the past, Hotmail/Outlook were not compatible with KoGaMa's e-mail confirmation system, but now Gmail too? AdmiralFjong told me to report this issue at this forum via Discord, so we know that is a bug, right?

I've talked with AdmiralFjong at Discord and he said that is literally a issue and they are working for fix that.

Did you check the "Spam" folder on gmail? Hey Jens. Thanks for you answer. Yes, I've checked the "Spam" folder a lot of times, and there's no message of KoGaMa. I used the search tool of Gmail, putting the name "KoGaMa": and again, no results related to the e-mail confirmation. There's a possibility: my IP can be blocked or something. It isn't possible. Just to confirm, I created another Gmail e-mail and it keep not working at all. I don't use VPNs or proxy servers. Maybe the e-mail confirmation system can't send e-mails to people that are localized on Brazil, but people that are in another countries using the BR server at all, works perfectly. I'm very confused. Hope it all could be resolved. EDIT: I tried to confirm my Live server (WWW) account using my Gmail e-mail and doesn't work too. Very crazy.

I tried it again, it should work fine with any gmail account. -Did you do the same as in this video: youtu.be/2FiQqw23nQo (the video is old but it still works on the same way) -If you try to confirm your email address on www.kogama.com, does it work there? -Are you sure you're logged in on the same email address as the one you entered?
