This could only work in a project so yeah, Go into a project, Make the sun angle like it is setting. PS: just makes this easier. And look at the sun while shaking your screen and the sun should shake/wobble whatever you like to call it, While you are shaking the screen. Experiment
Step one: Go to a project.
Step two: Make the sun look like it is setting. (Recommended) Step three: shake your screen, Now the sun should be wobbling.

This isn't a bug. It either is attempting to follow along, or is just a laggy simulated effect of the screen moving.

I think he means just move your camera on game To that, you have to pretty much illegally put KoGaMa into Unity, and click the camera object and start moving it around.
