Also, you can't use the arrows to go back to correct a mis-spell if you do the words go over themselves

Actually, I just tested this and it doesn't look like the special characters are changed to "?" marks anymore. Even in game, looking at player names with special characters it is showing up correctly. So it looks like this bug was fixed recently, which is great! Because it definitely makes it easier to communicate when you're speaking in a language with a bunch of accented characters and stuff. But... I did find some weird stuff, and some alt-codes that are used to create special characters even crashed my client. D: So, here's a report! ... Browser link:aboutmybrowser.com/vywvhvoqExample image:Steps to reproduce:1. Spawn a text box. 2. Type in normal characters, even an accepted special character or two works. 3. Click "Ok" to accept the change. 4. Go back to edit the Text box. 5. Try to enter alt-code "alt 239". -> For me, it lag spiked and crashed my client. But only the second time made an interesting log report. Log files!Attachment Deleted : This one crashed, but didn't give a time out disconnection. Attachment Deleted : This one had a time out disconnect after the lagspike. Attachment Deleted

Thanks for writing the report, however, I'm afraid I wasn't able to reproduce this issue myself.
Jatsu, in the fifth step you held down the Alt key and pressed "239" thus creating special characters (In my case this would create "@£]"), correct?

Hm. I just tried it again, but this time I didn't crash. It was only happening yesterday for some reason. Maybe I mistook a normal disconnection and crash for a bug with the special characters, so I'm sorry about that. It's just weird that it happened so many times after the same action. Aside from some alt-codes typing nothing, there's nothing else wrong with it. The only strange thing is the "something key not being registered" statement that pops up in the log. And "Alt 239" creates a "∩" for me, which you see at the end of the log reports. Sorry to have wasted your time on this one!

Don't worry about it, it's not a problem
