multiplayer and single player option

many people ask "how do i make people play in single player in my game?" and many others answer ?local=1 but this isn't correct, because if someone uses ?local=1 in the same game with the same language of that player they can still play together, so i think that mods should add singleplayer option so people can play without anyone annoying them/to make better experience in game
