add the ability to rotate model's screenshots

one of the biggest issues about models in kogama is the models' screenshots. they could have the screenshot from the wrong side, and this could be bad if you want to suggest the model for motw. So i think mods should add the ability to rotate screenshots once you published them, just like xyz but with screenshots. What do you think about this?
