Login and sign up buttons dom't have move-up effect when hovering with mouse

Steps to Reproduce
1. Log off your account
2. Hover one of the things on the left side of the upper menu
> They will move up a bit
3. Now hover the login and signup buttons in the right side of the upper menu
> They won't move up
