Account banned for publishing maps

More than a month ago, my account was banned for publishing maps, the reason given being "repeteadly reposting games to get them on the main page". There is no rule in Kogama which justifies this ban. I've been trying for more than a month to contact the modmail over this, and I've still not gotten an answer. Meanwhile I asked the support for help, and they told me that I offend other users, which is a different motive for which I was banned. This is unfair because literally anyone can be banned for this motive. So I had no choice but to create this post.

I ask for my account to be returned and a guide on how often I am allowed to publish maps, given that there are no rules regarding it.
