It's easy, just put any item at approximately -2000 height where you want to stay.
NOTE: do not know yet if it's possible, put more items where you want to survive.

OTHER NOTE: to stay there the same effect of zero gravity occurs

You can lower the "plane" where death from "falling off the world" occurs by placing terrain blocks at a lower height - models won't exactly effect this though. However, toggling the drawplane in edit mode will also achieve the same effect. The only difference is that toggling the drawplane will only temporarily lower this "plane", which will reset back to its highest allowed position when you refresh your session. On the other hand, if you place a terrain block, it will permanently lower the "plane", no matter if the creator deletes the lowest terrain blocks later. So to me, that feels buggish - I would have expected it be reset, but it's unfortunately not the case.
And also, the "zero gravity" effect happens at ±66536 height, so it's possible to stay alive at -90000 height with this effect when you lower the death plane low enough. (:
