support@kogama.com is an example of a support ticket system. Since KoGaMa doesn't have a support portal ( ehh...) on their website or in-game, the means to give the user confirmation that their ticket was received is done directly by e-mail. Of course, this doesn't mean that the ticket hasn't been read or resolved yet, it's just an automated message to tell a player that your e-mail will be read, eventually. To my knowledge, KoGaMa uses Zendesk and Spil Games helps manage it. It usually takes 3 days to 2 weeks to get a reply from a customer service person, but not always. Sometimes the issue will get directed to one of the developers or QA, in which case it will take longer.

You can also ask for help on the forums. Players are usually willing to help each other out.
