Infringement:
*creation of identical (or with minimal differences) avatars, projects and itens without the original owner's authorization. No matter if is interservers or intraservers
"What will happen if i do this?"
- If the original owner was online in the last 120 days or wasn't because are banned, it will receive a request for the player's permission to profit from his work. If is refused, the work copied will have the "©" removed from the owner that copied, will be removed from the market, and all profits (gold, xp, events won and badges) from it will be transferred to the account (or associated accounts, if the copy are interserver) of the original owner. If it has not been online in the past 120 days, the administration of the game will identify the reason for the offline time and figure out what to do about it

If someone copies something I made I would just make sure that my thing is better or make something better

If someone copies something I made I would just make sure that my thing is better or make something better It is the same logic when the other player buys something you made. BTW, you think it's fair give you so sure that something you produced it's good so much that it makes the playes who made you think that they steal get yours profits on a thing that you produced?

Your work, your profits.
You may also authorize that the plagiarist profit
The only thing that will be done if you do not authorize is transfer the profits that he get with your work to your account or associated accounts, remove the "©" and remove the copy from the mart.
He have copied will be same that he would have bought
