For over two years I am a social activist KoGaMa. I reported a bugs and players what using cheats, bad language, sexual contents in markets or game. To this day I did not receive badge Comminuty Badge. What I doing wrong?

Strange incident
I do not know how this player get badge --> ._Themroczek_. but I think that he got it for nothing, simply because he wanted. In my opinion, he need to remove him a badge, because he did not work as hard as I do and the other person what I tell in another chapter.
