I Really don't Understand the KoGaMa developers!
It is very likely that besides these there should be several other incredible prototypes that have never been added to the game! Do you remember unity dragon?
Why do they do amazing things and not add to the game? We see that they have the potential to do a lot, but they just do not! The "feedback and suggestions" topic is currently only a decoration for the forum because developers never get to read the topics of suggestions of the players, I never saw a suggestion of a player that was added to the game !, I stopped losing my Time posting suggestions on this topic, the developers will never see! The releases of new things in the game is very slow, it takes about months for only one new thing to be released, then you discover that there are many incredible things that are developed but not released, this game could be much better, The game economy system is already HORRIBLE! Is already designed to induce players to spend a lot of their golds and have to buy more for real money because of the extreme difficulty of getting golds in the game! I do not think it's wrong to want to make money with the game, the developers need to pay the those who work in the game and the hosting of the servers BUT PLEASE TEAM KoGaMa! IF YOU WANT TO MAKE MORE MONEY WITH THE GAME MAKE IT BETTER! KoGaMa team could answer us, what more incredible things have been developed but never released? Why do not you release those things?
Why Developers?
The game would not become a mess if they add more things, it's only the owners of the maps do not make a mess, the game is very limited! WE NEED MORE THINGS IN THE GAME!

Why do they do amazing things and not add to the game? Colossus was just a learning experience for Carl; the Devs wanted him to get familiar with all the systems. Knowing this, it's likely the Dragon, also made by an intern, was just a 'demonstration of skills' as previously stated. Colossus wasn't initially intended to be a 'big feature', though it may come out later. The Dragon was replaced by the Fire Sentry, it seems. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ The releases of new things in the game is very slow, it takes about months for only one new thing to be released, then you discover that there are many incredible things that are developed but not released They probably also took months to develop. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Features are nice, yeah, but you know what else gets released along with them? Bugs! The Devs need to patch most of them up before releasing to Live, or even Friends for that matter! Create Feature > Patch bugs > Release to Friends > Get Reports > Patch more bugs; and what about when you introduce another new feature? More bugs! But, that's not all the Devs are doing. The Devs also work on optimizations to make the game run smoother and faster for everyone. This also takes time. Not all updates are huge like a new pickup or blueprint, such as holstering. They're still useful, though! The "feedback and suggestions" topic is currently only a decoration for the forum because developers never get to read the topics of suggestions of the players, I never saw a suggestion of a player that was added to the game ! Already released:1) Counting Cube 2) Team Requirements 3) Reset-able Water Plane 4) Confirmation of Purchase 5) KoGaMa Mobile 6) Fixed Fire Hitbox Coming soon:1) First Person Considered:1) Spectator 2) PVP Enabler/Disabler I'd say the Devs are doing a great job at implementing suggestions. They look at a few that they are able to create and go for it. Not all suggestions on this board are possible at the moment, what with the limited resources the Devs have, and not all would be good ideas. More freedom to the players is nice, until you give them the ability to break rules, too. Will we ever understand the Devs? Who knows? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ What I do know is: they have their reasons for everything.

I fail to see how you are accomplishing anything with this... Also I guess I should start putting watermarks on my videos huh?

Thanks Ag for summing it up nicely xD pretty much spot on. We would love to focus more on player suggestions, for that we would probably need somebody working full-time on community related stuff though

Do they create incredible features to "familiarize" and "demonstration of skills" so that they will not use any of it when creating new features for the game? The dragon can prove this, created to "demonstrate abilities" and then be replaced by a silly fire centry, it is painful to think that the fire centry replaces the dragon, the dragon being MUCH better than the fire centry, a great Feature thrown away.

The Godculus and the Dragon were sample assets made to demonstrate the skills of an intern upon recruitment. Believe it or not, you need to demonstrate preexisting experience to work at most game development companies. The dragon wasn't thrown away; it was turned into something that makes more sense as a static entity, a sentry. Dragon's aren't normally stuck in the ground, waiting for someone to walk by to breath fire into their faces.

The dragon was yes thrown away, replaced by a static entity completely silly and bland, ask to anyone or if they prefer the dragon or fire centry, the answer will be obvious

Dragons don't sit still. My obvious answer to your example question is that I like the sentry a lot more. It makes absolutely no sense for a dragon's body to be stuck into the ground, with only its neck protruding. If you're really obsessed with the concept of having a dragon, build a dragon out of the sentry model, or place a sentry strategically inside of a dragon model. Just another thing to point out. From what experience do you speak, that adding every possible feature to an already large, by file quantity and size, game, would there not occur any more bugs than those already existing? I've admittedly, and with a number of developers knowing that I have, decompiled KoGaMa and examined the amount of code that is compiled when Unity builds KoGaMa. It's not underwhelming.

If you're really obsessed with the concept of having a dragon, build a dragon out of the sentry model, or place a sentry strategically inside of a dragon model. Do you really think it's possible to simulate the dragon? The dragon has animations! He has movement, he dodges when you get too close, and falls to the ground when he dies, he has two different attack modes, shoots fireballs from afar to try to blow you up, and shoot fire nearby to burn you, not Can simulate this with the fire centry. Why would the dragon needs make any sense ?? This is just a game. A game of cubes where characters travel between hundreds of different worlds made of islands and floating platforms in the midst of a gigantic ocean and an endless sky, a game not need to make sense, a game has to be fun, but if you want your Map make sense, just model the rest of the dragon, simple. It is large, full of limited things. Bugs, it's only the devs fix, it's hard and It may take time. but it's their job.

1) Counting Cube 2) Team Requirements 3) Reset-able Water Plane 4) Confirmation of Purchase 5) KoGaMa Mobile 6) Fixed Fire Hitbox Coming soon:1) First Person Considered:1) Spectator 2) PVP Enabler/Disabler I'd say the Devs are doing a great job at implementing suggestions. Who knows? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ What I do know is: they have their reasons for everything. 1) the counting cube was an excellent addition, but the only one 2) many people wanted this feature in the game, in which topic was this suggested so that they would have added 3) this feature is really very simple 4) this is a VERY OBVIOUS feature, did anyone need to make a topic for this? 5) this feature was always provided by the entire community, (it would be added anyway) 6) another very simple feature I do not think that the developers are doing a good job, among hundreds of topics created, many of them with great ideas for the game, only 6 features suggested by players have been added until today? And they choose the most obvious and simple of all! The only good feature was implemented was the couting cube (mobile too). Comig soon: 1) first person Considered 1) spectator 2) PVP disable / enabler Wait how you know about these things?? First person is an incredible feature for devs to do :v Devs should pay more attention to our suggestions, could reply to our topics by saying what they think of the suggestions.
