Steps to reproduce:
1. Build a small platform - use drawplane if needed
2. Spawn a flamethrower and waterplane
3. Adjust waterplace to be very close to the top of the platform your spawned
4. Enter play mode and stand on the platform
5. Collect flamethrower
6. Point flamethrower directly down and start using
7. Walk off the platform in any direction
-> The result should be you being able to walk on water for the entire duration of the flamethrower. You can even place extra flamethrowers on the water to keep floating for over 2 minutes! - yes, I timed it.

An argument can be made as to whether or not this is a good thing. It's okay to be wacky once in a while

- Not really sure if it can be considered a "bug" per se. To me it's more of an exploit, because knowing that the flamethrower slows decent and the water plane slows vertical falling, put the two together and you know you slow vertical falling to a really low amount. It seems unintentional though, but probably easily fixable. Just disable the flamethrower's slowing effect if player is in or touching waterplane.
