A good suggestion regarding underwater transportation

today we have the suggestion for something that will make underwater travel easier. it is a submarine! a vehicle that you get in and it surrounds you in a bubble (it doesn't have to be an actual submarine, you can edit it, the bubble is what allows you to breath underwater and move faster underwater. ok i am keeping this one short and simple. pls reply
