First, parliamentarians would be players who would be elected by popular vote, their payment will be made at the end of mandate, and would be with the game currency, the gold (Later maybe will give badges too).
The parliamentary power would be limited by himself and by the staff, so would only be able to do 3 things in special:
1 - Analyze violation cases (including cases within the parliament itself) and put items/avatars/games "under review status" (would freeze the current edition for members of staff and own parliament analysis). If the majority of parliament (50% + 1) vote in favor of this, the punishment will be applied, but the case is not locked, the same who voted for are likely to be punished later if it is proved that the punished player was innocent and especially if it was proved that there was a plot to the punishment of the same. Parliamentaries can also aply punishment for players that violated the rules, but they must provide information about the case. My idea about the internal file history availability could facilitate this.
2 - Send ideas of possible changes for the administration, which will analyze more accurately that analyzes of the common players if a simple majority (50% + 1) to approve the idea
3 - Vote for weekly highlights in all servers, distribute badges for players that report bugs and translation errors, analyze events participants, etc.
Note: the parliament will be rewarded according to the work they did. all he did in Parliament during the mandate will influence so much that will receive in gold.
NoteĀ²: There will be elections of 2 in 2 months and voting is optional for every player who is online in the voting week, but will be appear featured in every page from KoGaMa domain. The mandate will last the same time and will be possible to be re-elected. Obs. All of the previously activities in parliament will be shown in the candidate information
NoteĀ³: Each server would elect a number of MPs to parliament which could result in a total of 45 (15 of every server or 20 from BR and WWW, and 5 from friends) parliamentiaries, but once the system was implemented, the staff will know this number and determine it...
--
The advantage of this would be that:
*Players in general will have greater contact with the administration, but indirect.
*The parliamentaries will take care of rule violators and of the highlighs. The ADMs will can focus on updates.
*Ideas filtration will be function of the parliamentaries; Only the good ideas will be arrive in ADMs hands, and they'll not lose a lot of time for this.
*There would be 15-20 players ensuring the safety of players in every server. The players will can contact them easier then contact ADMs. Result: Much less cases of rule-breaking and more player interaction.
