Could you elaborate on what "P and touch P again" means? Which keys should we press at the same time? And what happens when we do this? What goes wrong?

The icon isn't a part of the game download, so we download it once you're in a project. It's supposed to appear pretty quickly, though. How'd you reproduce the issue?

Nope, what you're seeing is a kind of z-fighting: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Z-fightingThe polygons are exactly on top of each other, so the rasterizer can't determine which is closer to you, and one is chosen arbitrarily.
