I've heard that the developers haven't completely decided how they would implement the completed version of the destructible blocks. What materials should be destructible? Why? How do you keep past games from getting ruined? SuggestionA simple material editor. ImageIn the material menu, head to page three (the last page), and there will be a "create new material" option listed. Once you click this, it will bring up a list of materials you currently own. Once you select one, it will bring up the menu seen in the image above. There, you have to add a name and durability to the material, then you can purchase it - making a new material. These new materials will simply be added to your material menu, and they will not replace your old materials. More ideas for Destructible BlocksI think when it comes to models and cubegun spawned blocks, they should be instantly destroyed upon blasting/hitting - if they use destructible materials. Avatars should be able to use any material: simply disable the cube's destructibility, just like how the poison, bouncy, and lava materials how no special effects. ConclusionThis material editor will fix the problem when it comes to deciding how to carry on with implementing the final version of the destructible blocks, and will lead to further creativity in projects... In the past there have been suggestions for advanced material editors, but those would take a long time to develop - just upgrade the editor as you go along. -Seirios
