Using Hovercraft, Jetpacks and Hamster Ball in construction

Steps to Reproduce
To use a Jetpack you press "E".
In that case you have to press "E" and "P" at the same time and you will be using the jetpack in construction mode, the same thing goes with the Hovercraft and the hamster ball (soccer).
