Level badges with 2 rows of badges

2 rows of badges happens when an user has more than 8 badges

I've tested adding badges with Inspect element on the Friends server and I noticed that the normal badges overlap the Level / XP badges, see below:





I don't know if this happens because of inspect element, or if it's a real bug

Instructions how to reproduce with Inspect element:

1. Right click on a badge and click Inspect element
2. Click "<li class="item">"
3. Press CTRL + C
4. Click "<ul class="thumbs badges">"
5. Press CTRL + V
Repeat clicking on "<ul class="thumbs badges">" and pressing CTRL + V until a second row of badges appear
