If you have a connection timeout while you are not playing (playing then press esc) my cursor is going away. Thank god for my touch screen lap top.  The second one is that with a lap top (Or just mine) won't let me aim while charging sniper, flamethrower, and impulse gun. :l |

While you're in play mode, you refocus your cursor in the window by clicking the green plus button on the bottom center of the screen.
Unfocusing (press Esc) and refocusing (click plus button) will resolve the aiming problem with pickups. Though it's just a workaround.

But it my cursor goes away at the connection timeout. The game screen goes black.

Good to have more info about. |

Forget the 2nd one then.  But my problem is it NEVER lets me aim and charge at all with my lap top. |

With me neither. If I charge I can't move the aim. But I found a strange solution: fullscreen. For some reason the fullscreen mode fixes the bug. Still it's not nice.
