When the Drawplane if toggled on, the page buttons are supposed to move the Drawplane... If you press "Page Up", the drawplane moves downwards, if you press "Page Down", the drawplane moves up. The buttons are reversed, and it can greatly affect those who find these two hotkeys useful.
