The way this works is, it's a box with a yellow output and a blue output. The yellow connects it to a model. The blue connects to any other logic box. When the model that the logic box is connected to is struck by a projectile from any pickup (not a player. or maybe a really fast moving player), it sends a pulse through the blue output. Optionally, there could also be an orange input which toggles the sensor on and off. One thing to note: it needs to emit a short pulse when its' linked model is struck, not a toggle. That way it gives more freedom because it could always be hooked up to a toggle anyway. Also make sure that the model toggle can't be activated when its' linked model is toggled off by a model toggle. Or put in the input so it can be negated if its' model is active, at least. That is all.

Good idea... This would allow for hidden passages, boss battles, and more! I simply would suggest for there to be a way to modify the duration of the pulse.
