First off, I had bought every avatar equipment item a few months ago and now when I go to edit avatar and click on my inventory, I am now missing like half of everything that I bought and no, I did not buy the temporary items, I bought the permanent ones. I had like 3 or 4 pages of items and now only 2 with the majority of my hats missing.
Secondly, every time I edit my avatar and take a picture which is supposed to save your work and then exit the edit avatar screen, my progress is reverted back to what it was before I took the picture. I have tried like a hundred times and my avatar still will not update.

I'm going to need more information regarding the first bug - Are you sure they're not merely equipped on a secondary avatar of yours? The second bug merely takes time. Leave the edit session for a minute or two, your progress will be saved

No, I only have 1 avatar and I will only ever have 1, I don't see the point in having 20 different avatars like everyone else.
And no, as I had mentioned before I have tried this a hundred times already. I edit, I take a picture, I leave. Go back a few minutes later and guess what? All my progress is gone. So I go into a game to see if its only a glitch in the avatar editor and maybe its actually saved but nope, it isn't. Over and over and over. I spent about 30 minutes to an hour working on it last night, we are talking a solid 10+ hours of "waiting" and still all progress is lost. Tried again this morning, same thing happens. Mind you, the changes I make are pretty small but I would still like for them to actually save. It's the 5% difference that makes it look a little more polished.

There's a guide on how to do both here I can see that you're using IE, which probably has something to do with it. I recommend using Chrome or Firefox to avoid annoying issues like this. IE is inherently a terrible browser.
