You can spawn non-owned terrain blocks to your game using this glitch
For example, if you need to build an ice slide and you don't have ice you can use this
Steps to reproduce:
1. Buy a model with the material you want to add to your project as a terrain block
2. Go to edit mode in the model
3. Click and hold one of the blocks and pull it out a bit and hold it there
4. While holding the pulled block in place, press P and then P again
The terrain block with the material will appear somewhere close to you
