In-game, users now have the option to purchase a GameCoin Booster for 400 Gold, which appears to multiply the amount of GameCoins a user earns by eight. This thread is meant to allow users to post their feedback regarding this update.
My Feedback Here are my suggestions for this update: • A user should only be able to purchase this Booster if a game has GameCoins in it • If a user purchases this Booster in a game, the owner of that game should get about 75% of the Gold that the user pays, seeing it is their game that the user has payed to have an advantage in • The costs of a GameCoin Booster should be lower (no player in their right mind will waste 400 Gold on an unfinished community made game)

Yes, it should only appear in games that use the feature. Having them in non-coin games is borderline money grubbing and/or click bait, as in the stuff you normally see in the mobile gaming market.
No to creator gold revenue. The multiplier lasts 12 hours, so the player would visit more than one game with this benefit.

I don't care about the cost of the multiplier. The devs set almost all costs arbitrarily, so it doesn't matter what we think about its cost.
However, should there be a gamecoin multiplier? I don't think so. It hurts any balance a creator puts in their level and gives unfair advantages in PVP. It essentially allows certain players to use logic or use weapons 8x more than any other player in a coin-restricted level. The passive 0.5 coin/second gain gets amplified too, furthering that gap. Overall, the multiplier is not a good idea in my opinion.

I've noted various users complaints regarding the gamecoin booster, and I'll have a talk with Christian about it tomorrow.
Regarding creators gaining gold, this is already implemented. Creators get 10% of game coin cost timed with the amount of time spent using it in percentages. So if I buy a 30 minute GC booster for 800 gold and use it for 10 minutes in a project, the creator of the project would get 26 gold.
