We had found it in one of the MCC Projects. I was making a blue pond out of modeled slime and blue lightings for the end of my waterfall, and it was apparently a slime block as we saw. I guess it turns to what ever texture we last use?

Daniel, the material selection icon changes to whatever material you are using. If you were to change the material you were holding, you'd see the color of the reflected UI change as well.

Yes. The reflections show your UI (The buttons and stuff on your screen) and since it's controlled locally you'll only be able to see your own changes.
