So I just recently reached level 20 which granted me 10 more friends, limit of 421, from my previous 411 friend limit. I went to my friends tab and clicked accept on someone and got a red box popup telling me that my friend limit was 400 and that I could not accept any more friends. However, I did not encounter this problem when I reached level 18 which granted me a 411 friend limit. so, right now I have 411 friends, the popup is saying I have 400 and can only have 400 until i level up, and I'm supposed to be allowed 421 friends.
