Try melatonin. I take melatonin every once in a while, sometimes it makes me feel only a little bit drowsy, some days it really does the trick. Melatonin is not for everyone though, some people that I know get headaches from it. Sometimes after taking it and going to sleep, I wake up with a minor headache. If you do not feel like taking melatonin in tablet form or etc., there are some natural sources of it such as pistachios and almonds.
Someone above did mention CBD, that is definitely all natural. I've tried it before and it made me feel very drowsy, and of course it will not get you high and should be legal as long as it doesn't have any active THC in it. So yes, that does in fact work as well.

Dont Sleep,i had it before too if you want to get away from it like stay awake from 1am to 11pm and then when its 11pm take a hot shower to make it even better you can even workout like at 6pm run for a while 1 hour if you survive that you will be 100% asleep around 11:30pm and to maintain this you need to wake up at like 7am the next day and just keep doing it
